Headaches Headaches can be caused by a variety of sources. Stress headaches are caused when neck muscles are unconsciously flexed in the body's fight/flight response. Jin Shin Jyutsu can help reduce stress, reduce the body's response to it and help alleviate stress headache pain. Migraine headaches are usually found on one side of the head only and are still a mystery to Western medicine. In their worst forms, the patient is hyper-reactive to bright lights and loud sounds, nauseated and completely paralyzed for hours.
